Sales confirmation and transfer of the purchase amount to the account of HWS AG
As soon as all the necessary documents are available, you will receive a sales confirmation from us (by e-mail or letter, as you wish) with the gross price of the order. Please note that in addition to the current sales price (= net price of a Lithium Investment Unit with 150 kg battery grade lithium carbonate at the date indicated) shown on the GLP programme homepage (www.germanlithium.com), the sum for the drum and pallet deposit, the annual prepayment of the warehouse rent and any costs for additional services are added (= gross price). An overview of the costs of the warehouse rental, the drum and pallet deposit and the costs of optional additional services can be downloaded as a PDF file below. Please also note the information on minimum purchase quantities (or the otherwise applicable a lump-sum fee)
As soon as you have received the sales confirmation, your 14-day cancellation period3 begins.
Upon receipt of the sales confirmation, but at the latest after expiry of the cancellation period, we ask you to transfer the sales amount stated in the sales confirmation, with the customer number assigned to you as a reference, to us (you will receive the corresponding bank details from us together with the sales confirmation).
Delivery of the Lithium carbonate and storage in the high-security storage
After receipt of the purchase sum on the account of HWS AG we will arrange the purchase and transport of the lithium carbonate to the high security storage. A corresponding delivery time depends on the respective country of origin of the lithium carbonate and is therefore difficult to estimate, but in the worst case it can be up to 50 days.
As soon as the lithium carbonate arrives at the high-security warehouse, you will be informed separately. We will send you the corresponding ID numbers and the exact location data of the Lithium Investment Units in the high-security storage as well as the location data of the stored samples of the individual Lithium Investment Units.
Furthermore, HWS AG will send you an annual invoice for the advance payment of the storage rental fee according to the number of your stored Lithium Investment Units and the monthly storage rental fee per Lithium Investment Unit (projected to one year). The invoice will be sent accordingly to the address deposited with your customer number. Upon receipt of the invoice, we ask you to settle it within 14 days (the transfer will be made to the account indicated in the invoice, with the customer number as reference).
1by completing and submitting the data protection declaration of consent in full, you expressly agree to the processing of your personal data within the scope of the repurchase transaction in accordance with Art. 9 DSGVO para. 2. Further information on the storage of personal data can be found in the data protection declaration, which you can view here.
2by submitting the printouts or file copies of the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery, you confirm that you have received, read and understood them and that you are familiar with the possible consequences for you or your company.
3together with the purchase confirmation we will send you a sample cancellation policy (you can also download it here). As soon as we have received a corresponding revocation of your purchase contract, we will confirm this electronically (or, if electronic delivery is not possible or desired, by post).
All documents of the buy-back process will be archived by us at least for the period of storage of the Lithium Investment Units and beyond that for a maximum of another ten years. The archived documents can be made available to you accordingly at any time on request. As this involves the storage of personal data, we refer to the relevant information in the data protection declaration, which you can find here.
